This is the web installation of the manual.  The installation directory
contains the latest manual checked out from CVS.  The CVS subdirectory
has been removed, and only the pdf file is provided.  A link to this
file is in /afs/unc/proj/mip/pubs/local_web/manuals.html.  See also the
pablo* files in /afs/unc/proj/graphics/www/IMAGE/MIDAG.
